Senior Account Manager

Simply Social is a social-first creative agency helping brands move from being on social to being in social.

We work with brands like Tesco, Just Eat, Peroni and Universal Pictures, creating content that is built for how people actually consume today. Fast, relevant and designed to perform in-feed.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can own key client relationships, drive account growth and lead delivery across multiple workstreams.

This is not just project management. You will be expected to think commercially, push work forward, and act as a trusted partner to clients while keeping internal teams aligned and moving.

You should be confident leading conversations, shaping output and spotting opportunities.

• Owning day to day relationships with key clients
  
• Leading client calls, reviews and presentations
  
• Managing multiple projects and workstreams at once
  
• Translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs
  
• Driving timelines and ensuring delivery stays on track
  
• Managing feedback and maintaining high creative standards
  
• Identifying and leading opportunities to grow accounts
  
• Supporting on proposals, renewals and scope expansion
  
• Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams
  
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development

• 4–6 years experience in an agency or social role
  
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts
  
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content and performance
  
• Confident presenter with the ability to influence clients
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and retention
  
• Comfortable working in a fast moving, high output environment
  
• Natural leadership qualities and ability to guide junior team members
