Your Role at a Glance:

In this onsite position, youll support daily warehouse operations by delivering forklift training, reinforcing safety best practices, and serving as a resource for associates and site leadership. Your work will directly contribute to smooth operations and a strong safety culture.

Job Duties:

• Conduct handson forklift operator training for new hires and current employees.
• Administer evaluations and certify operators deemed competent.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical driving assessments.
• Deliver safety rules and equipment operation.
  
• Maintain accurate training records, test results, and certification expiration dates.
  
• Participate in trainings and meetings
  
• Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
  

Job Requirements:

• Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed
• Hands-on forklift experience a must!
• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fastpaced setting
• Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
• Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation

Hours / Salary

1st Shift / Weekly salary starting approximately $800
