Analytics consultants will use skills, technologies and practices for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of past business performance to gain insight and drive business planning and address any business questions or problems. Analytics consultants will focus on developing new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and basic statistical methods. Responsibilities and Essential Functions
This role will work within established guidelines, plans, conduct and supervise assignments. Review progress and evaluate results. Train less experienced employees in technical complexities of assigned work. Recommend changes in procedures. Operate with substantial latitude. Review progress with business partners. Take projects from conception, working with business partners and technical resources to provide successful outcomes. Insurance experience required as well as insurance products. Qualifications and Skills
Education
6 plus years professional experience and bachelor’s degree. Applied Data Science, Data Science, Information and Data Science, Information Management Analytics, Data Mining, Predictive Analytics are most sought‑after. Degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Systems are also preferred. Skills
