Team & Role Overview The Tech & Analytics team builds the analytical and automation foundation that powers LinkedIn's most important Go‑to‑Market decisions. As the Tech Lead for GTM Applied AI & Analytics, you are the technical authority and chief architect of our next generation of GTM data solutions. This hands‑on leadership role involves architecting, writing production‑grade code, and mentoring a team of 3‑4 data scientists and analytics engineers.
Responsibilities
Architect and build scalable data products, AI/ML models, and GenAI‑powered agentic workflows.
Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the GTM Applied AI pillar.
Write high‑quality production‑ready Python and SQL for automated data pipelines, analytics, and insight delivery.
Apply AI, LLMs, and ML techniques to solve GTM business problems.
Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and engineers, emphasizing technical rigor and best practices.
Translate complex technical concepts and model outputs into concise narratives for senior GTM leadership.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science partners to operationalize & scale models from prototype to production.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in data science, machine learning, or analytics engineering.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with SQL on large‑scale data warehouses.
Experience architecting, building, and deploying ML models or automated data solutions in production.
Preferred Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Experience with GenAI technologies (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM APIs).
Experience with MLOps principles and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Experience with modern data stack and automation tools (Airflow, Databricks, dbt).
Deep understanding of GTM financial & operational metrics.
Self‑directed, intellectually curious mindset to lead ambiguous, complex projects.
Passion for AI to strategically drive business decisions.
Resilient, resourceful attitude for fast‑paced environments.
Proven ability to influence a technical roadmap and lead projects in ambiguity.

Compensation LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $225,000. Compensation packages vary by ability, experience, certifications, and office location. The total compensation may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans.
