Our client, a growing residential and commercial remodeling company, is seeking a Construction Project Sales Estimator to join their team. This role blends estimating with client-facing sales, supporting a variety of construction projects from concept through completion. Its an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys working directly with customers, managing projects, and contributing to high-quality builds. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates and order materials for remodeling projects Develop and present bid proposals to clients Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and timelines Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met Coordinate and obtain necessary building permits Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution Skills & Experience:
Education:
Minimum of HSD required, higher-level education preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in construction and/or remodeling required; estimating, sales, or project management experience strongly preferred Core Competencies:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced and detail-driven environment, required Software:
Build Tools or similar, preferred What We Offer:
