highly regulated, operational technology (OT) environment . This role sits within a
national infrastructure programme
focusing on OT projects, working in a
structured, waterfall delivery environment , supporting systems such as
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
and other OT platforms. Key Responsibilities Deliver IT projects within an
OT / SCADA / utilities environment
using
waterfall methodology Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and reporting Take ownership of
risk mitigation , governance, and compliance processes Oversee
budget and financial management
