Internal Medicine Physician

New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply!

Position Overview• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Conduct preventive care visits, annual physicals, and health screenings

• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based teams

• Utilize EMR for timely and accurate documentation

• Participate in shared call coverage (phone-only, minimal burden)

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff

• Opportunities to engage in academic, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure

• Active or eligible DEA registration

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
