Databricks Resident Solutions Architect | Dublin | On-site

We’re hiring a strong Databricks Resident Solutions Architect to join a major enterprise programme in Dublin.

This is a live production environment with active platform work, real delivery pressure and a team that needs someone credible from day one. It is not a training role and it is not a loose advisory position. We need someone who is genuinely hands‑on, comfortable close to production and able to add value quickly within an established enterprise setting.

• Working closely with engineering teams on Databricks-based solutions in a live production environment
  
• Supporting and shaping data pipelines and platform delivery across an active enterprise programme
  
• Advising on Spark and PySpark performance, scalability and best practice
  
• Helping drive technical decisions across Databricks workloads in production
  
• Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

• 
  
• Strong hands‑on Databricks experience in production environments
  
• Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification or equivalent depth of practical experience
  
• Solid Spark and PySpark capability
  
• Strong Python and SQL
  
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced enterprise environment
  
• Able to step into an existing programme and contribute from the outset

• You have worked xcfaprz close to production and understand the reality of delivery in a live environment
  
• You can combine technical depth with sound judgement
  
• You are comfortable working with both engineers and business stakeholders
  
• You do not need a long runway to start adding value

• Available for 4 to 5 days on‑site each week
  
• Immediate or near‑immediate availability preferred
