VRS are partnering with a leading developer of innovative scientific instrumentation and laboratory services, whose analytical technologies are used worldwide across the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. Our client is recognised for their technical expertise, high-quality products, and strong focus on customer success.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing current accounts & driving growth across the UK & Western Europe. Applications are welcome from both established salespeople with experience selling capital instruments or pharmaceutical services or Formulation Chemists/Scientists in the pharmaceutical sector looking to move into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts through consultative sales
* Build strong customer relationships and understand scientific workflows
* Drive revenue through new business and full-cycle sales management
* Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Identify new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and academia
* Share customer insights to inform strategy and product development
Candidate Profile:
* BSc in life Science OR Chemistry related subject
* 1-3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory – pre-clinical development is preferred
