As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in our next stage of growth.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.

You’ll combine your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and drive for results to deliver exceptional service and grow your own portfolio within our specialist markets.

• Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates
• Build strong relationships and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs
• Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-calibre candidates
• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants for client roles
• Provide interview preparation, guidance, and feedback to candidates
• Negotiate offers and secure placements
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and candidate movements

• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 2+ years)
• Proven track record in billing and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Proficient with recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Sector-specific experience in PR, Comms, Public Affairs or Marketing is desirable but not essential
