Über
Design, provision, and operate telecom transport circuits, including carrier-managed data services and interconnects.
Hands‑on experience with WAN technologies such as SD‑WAN, DIA, ADI, and broadband connectivity across multi‑region environments.
Direct engagement with telecom carriers, vendors, and TEMS platforms for ordering, provisioning, lifecycle management, and escalation.
Strong understanding of network transport fundamentals including routing, latency, packet loss, redundancy, and failover design.
Automation & Coding (Python‑Driven)
Strong proficiency in Python for automating transport and circuit operations, including inventory validation, provisioning checks, monitoring enrichment, and reporting.
Working knowledge of Bash or shell scripting to support operational tooling and integrations.
Experience integrating with APIs from carriers, network platforms, and management systems to eliminate manual workflows.
Ability to build reusable, production‑grade automation with clear logging, error handling, and documentation.
AIOps & Agentic AI Capabilities
Experience applying AIOps principles to transport networks, including anomaly detection, event correlation, and alert noise reduction.
Ability to work with telemetry data such as SNMP, NetFlow, logs, and circuit performance metrics to enable AI‑driven insights.
Familiarity with agentic AI patterns where autonomous agents assist with diagnostics, correlation, and safe remediation.
Strong understanding of human‑in‑the‑loop design to ensure AI actions are auditable, controlled, and reversible.
Security, Compliance & Documentation
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements relevant to carrier transport and network infrastructure.
Strong documentation discipline including circuit topology, carrier mappings, transport architecture, and automation logic.
Ability to create and maintain operational runbooks and standards for global teams.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with network, platform, and security teams in a global environment.
Comfortable operating in large‑scale, hybrid infrastructures with multiple carriers and regions.
Ability to balance hands‑on engineering, automation development, and strategic modernization initiatives.
