EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving online traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting e‑commerce conversions. From brand awareness to data driven decision making, you will be a key contributor to driving growth both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
PPC: Analysing and reporting on paid advertising campaigns, working with the E‑Commerce Manager to optimise visibility and ROI.
SEO & Website: Weekly SEO reporting, ensuring all websites are SEO/GEO optimised. Keyword and meta data analysis will be carried out and monitored.
Email Marketing: Work closely with the design team and other stakeholders to ensure all email marketing is executed along brand guidelines and approved strategies.
Analytics: Monitor and report on website traffic, channels, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Reporting: Collect data from relevant sources and present in a meaningful way to support data driven decisions.
Trend Watching: Keep a pulse on digital marketing innovations to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
E‑Commerce Projects: Execute tasks assigned by the E‑Commerce Manager to bring customers the best digital experience possible.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2+ years in a digital marketing role (Retail/e‑commerce experience is a major plus).
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing software. Experience using an ERP is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and a "brand‑first" mindset.
Adaptability, Flexibility & Time Management: Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced retail environment; the role requires wearing many hats, so excellent time management is essential.
Attention to detail: Be organised, data driven and have a keen eye for detail.
