Are you a certified Reach Truck Operator with a passion for efficiency and Safety? Join our thriving logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina! In this specialized role, you will operate a reach truck to efficiently move and store materials at various heights within our distribution center. Your primary focus will be on maximizing storage space utilization and ensuring the accurate placement and retrieval of inventory. This position is critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse and the overall effectiveness of our logistics network. Responsibilities include conducting daily equipment inspections, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with other team members to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of skill and experience operating reach trucks, with a keen understanding of warehouse operations. A strong emphasis on Safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This role may involve significant Lifting and requires the ability to work at elevated heights safely.
