pre-approved, pre-set homeowners
in their homes, guide them through a personalized consultation, design their ideal bath solution, and provide a
same-day, down-to-the-penny quote
. We specialize in
one-day bath transformations
(tub-to-shower, shower conversions), delivering both speed and quality. What Makes This Opportunity Different No cold calling

2–3 in-home consultations per day Build trust through
active listening and intentional communication Design customized bath solutions based on homeowner needs Present pricing clearly and confidently on-site Guide homeowners to a decision with integrity (no pressure tactics) Track activity and performance in CRM Continuously grow your skillset and mindset Who We’re Looking For This role is for someone who is: Purpose-driven
and values being in service to others Confident and coachable
with a strong desire to grow Experienced in
in-home sales
(home improvement preferred) Comfortable discussing and closing
$10K–$30K+ projects Emotionally intelligent and able to connect quickly with people Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable Requirements 2+ years of sales experience (in-home preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and Saturdays Comfortable using technology (CRM, iPad presentations, etc.) Why Calm Water & Bath We are a
