to lead approximately four application projects annually within a streamlined team structure. Bring your expertise and drive to our innovative projects in the physical security domain. Location Preferred: San Francisco Bay Area (Oakland / San Jose area) Onsite: 1-2 days per week Limited travel required (occasional data center visits in Fairfield or Rancho Cordova) Duration: 12-month contract Pay Rate: $80-$85/hr on W2 Experience Required Minimum: 5 years of project management experience Preferred: 7+ years Mid-career minimum, senior candidates encouraged to apply (must be ready to hit the ground running) Role Breakdown 60-70% Project Management 30-40% Technical / hands-on support Top Required Skills Core PM Skills Scheduling & planning Stakeholder management Change management Project controls Executive reporting Technical Capability (Critical) Must be adept at: Reviewing solution blueprints Analyzing architecture diagrams Creating/modifying Visio diagrams Understanding data mapping & migrations Evaluating technical deliverables This role demands a
technical PM , not just an administrative one. Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded: Physical security systems Access control Video surveillance PSIM Visitor management Target Companies Google Meta Microsoft Palo Alto Networks Physical security integrators Education Technical degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong Certifications PMP preferred but not required Soft Skills Strong communicator with senior leadership exposure Independent and self-motivated Utility player mindset Comfortable working in small, lean teams Interview Process Max 2 rounds Focus on PM fundamentals, technical review ability, and communication skills
