Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of the project from pre-construction through to final account Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients Ensure cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 7+ years experience, ideally with a developer or main contractor Strong knowledge of residential construction projects Proven track record in cost management and contract administration Excellent negotiation and communication skills Whats on Offer: €90,000 xcfaprz €110,000 salary (DOE) Company car / allowance Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work on a major residential development with a reputable employer If you're a driven Senior QS looking to step into a high-impact role with strong rewards and progression, apply now.
