Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement and refine inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Track and report on inventory metrics and trends.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and management on inventory-related issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is required.
  • Proficiency with WMS and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
