Key Responsibilities Program Portfolio Management:
Oversee the operational pipeline of electrification opportunities, evaluating feasibility and readiness. Cross-Functional Engagement:
Coordinate with various teams to advance projects through different stages, from intake to execution planning. Operational Framework & Process Architecture:
Develop and optimize workflows and project tracking mechanisms for efficiency. Data Governance, Reporting & Program Insights:
Maintain and enhance data systems for accurate reporting and strategic planning. Program Infrastructure & Digital Organization:
Manage SharePoint environments and documentation libraries for effective knowledge sharing. Program Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in operational processes and governance structures. Requirements
Experience in program portfolio management and operational pipeline oversight. Strong skills in data governance, reporting, and program insights. Proficiency in developing and optimizing operational frameworks and processes. Preferences
Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint management. Experience in cross-functional team coordination.
