Position Summary We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable and strategic Salesforce Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of powerful, scalable Salesforce solutions. The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in transforming our business operations through technology-driven customer engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support architectural governance and compliance by contributing to principles, guidelines, and standards, and participating in solution architecture reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Evaluate and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Take an active role in analyzing technology trends and impacts to contribute to vendor assessments. Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions addressing business needs. Analyze and translate both business and technical requirements into effective solution designs. Develop architectural blueprints by collaborating with product owners and managers. Provide guidance to development teams throughout implementation, managing architecture for a wider range of projects. Direct the architecture and design of Salesforce implementations across diverse projects or significant initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and mentorship to Salesforce professionals. Conduct assessments of clients' current Salesforce usage; create findings reports, solution roadmaps, and actionable recommendations. Work with stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize business and functional requirements. Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions and elaborate project designs. Design and document secure, scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Manufacturing Cloud. Oversee configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release management activities. Support user story development with well-defined success criteria. Engage in solution reviews and recommend improvements in architecture and performance. Act as a release manager for Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with DevOps best practices. Contribute to project planning, scoping, and estimating efforts alongside cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience required. Five (5) or more years of relevant IT experience, with at least two (2) years in architecture required. Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications preferred. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC) required. Experience in architecting on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud preferred. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes preferred. Experience leading large CRM or Member Services implementations and data migration/integration activities preferred. Oil and Gas industry experience is an added advantage. Skills Agile Methodology:
