The role includes enhancing existing reporting and data management components to align with the future-state strategy and governance model while coordinating with other data analytics functions.
The position focuses on building processes, documentation, and reporting structures that support privacy program maturity and provide defensible, reliable insights for decision-making.Creating a privacy reporting function that enables measurable privacy compliance and performance.
With that privacy layer, the reports become support of the Global Privacy Program’s governance and accountability.The role requires both technical data analytics skills as well as documentation and organization of the following key areas of focus:: Business requirements, process flow, issue and exception management, roles and responsibilities, and SOPs related to privacy reporting.
Supporting the build out of business requirements, training, and documentation related to the global privacy OneTrust platform.
Serve as the liaison with business technology and monitor technology enhancements/initiatives.
Experience with agile development methodologies Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to evaluate control effectiveness.
Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to work cross functionally in a complex, highly regulated environment.Strong organization and workload management skills Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function.
Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.).
