Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Heysham, Morecambe

Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.

Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, where we create a family-like atmosphere for our young residents. Located in Capernwray, Carnforth, our home accommodates a maximum of four young people, aged 8-18, who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Guide and support young people towards success, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily operations of the home.
• Ensure our home maintains its 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings through continuous improvement.
• Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, taking charge of the home's operations.

To thrive in this role, you must:

• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

As a Team Leader, you will also be responsible for:

• Creating and reviewing care plans that meet pre-agreed standards.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Ofsted standards.
• Managing day-to-day staff issues fairly and consistently.
• Conducting performance reviews and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
