Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, where we create a family-like atmosphere for our young residents. Located in Capernwray, Carnforth, our home accommodates a maximum of four young people, aged 8-18, who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your RoleAs a Team Leader, you will:
- Guide and support young people towards success, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily operations of the home.
- Ensure our home maintains its 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings through continuous improvement.
- Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, taking charge of the home's operations.
To thrive in this role, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

As a Team Leader, you will also be responsible for:
- Creating and reviewing care plans that meet pre-agreed standards.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Ofsted standards.
- Managing day-to-day staff issues fairly and consistently.
- Conducting performance reviews and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
