We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Tattoo Artist to join our dynamic team. *Responsibilities*
* Design and execute custom tattoo artwork in collaboration with clients, ensuring their vision is accurately realized.
* Maintain rigorous sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
* Manage appointment schedules, walk-in clients, and ensure efficient studio operations.
* Educate clients on tattoo aftercare, safety protocols, and studio policies to promote health and satisfaction.
* Keep detailed records of each tattoo procedure, including design specifics and sterilization logs.
* Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in tattooing and sanitation standards.
* Assist with studio management tasks as needed, including inventory control and studio upkeep.
*Skills*
* Proven expertise in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic versatility.
* Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization procedures, and health regulations essential for safe practice.
* Excellent communication skills to understand client needs clearly and provide professional guidance.
* Strong customer service orientation to create positive experiences that encourage repeat business.
* Basic understanding of color theory to enhance tattoo designs with vibrant, lasting colors.
* Ability to manage store operations efficiently, including scheduling, sales, and inventory management.

* Active MDH body art license required
* BBP certification current
* 18+

% commission pay based on experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
