Solutions Architect - ServiceNow , you will lead the charge in creating business-ready solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform across our organization. Your mission will be to optimize the platform to deliver business value, enhance operational efficiency, and decrease total ownership costs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled technical expert who can translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative platform solutions. You will establish platform governance, integration strategies, and architectural standards while working with senior ServiceNow architects and cross-functional teams to ensure a connected IT ecosystem. YOU'LL ACHIEVE THESE GOALS BY: Collaborating with senior ServiceNow architects to define the platform's vision and strategy aligned with evolving business goals. Architecting comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine) to ensure scalability and maintainability. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, platform governance, and best practices. Establishing and enforcing platform standards and frameworks for consistent, secure, and high-quality implementations. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design target state solutions. Driving platform maturity and innovation by proposing new modules and capabilities aligned with business priorities. Leading the evaluation, design, and implementation of new ServiceNow features and integrations. Ensuring data models, workflows, and user experiences are optimized and reusable. Providing technical oversight to development teams and supporting project delivery across multiple ServiceNow workstreams. Partnering with other Solution Architects to ensure effective integration within the enterprise architecture. Defining methodologies and processes for platform design, delivery, and governance. Monitoring technology trends to recommend innovative uses of ServiceNow. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Serving as a thought leader and mentor to development teams. Defining ServiceNow governance, security, and compliance standards. Collaborating with IT leadership on strategy development and technology planning. Leading platform-level decisions including architecture reviews and vendor assessments. Contributing to broader enterprise architecture initiatives to ensure alignment. Building strategic relationships with stakeholders to advocate for the platform and identify future opportunities. ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred. 5+ years in IT architecture, design, and development roles. 3+ years architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine). Proven experience in designing scalable and secure platform architectures. Knowledge of integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Experience in agile and DevOps environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong leadership abilities to drive alignment among diverse teams. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments; retail or multi-business unit experience is a plus.
