Paraplanning Team Lead

We are seeking a Paraplanning Team Lead for a Reputable & Growing Irish Brokerage firm.

This is a Hybrid Working Opportunity with an office based in Dublin City Centre.

• Lead the paraplanning team by example
• Liaise with head of financial planning and client services team manager to ensure objectives and goals are aligned
• Communicate between the paraplanning and planning team to ensure consistency across the business
• Ensure consistent support and mentoring of junior paraplanners
• Communicate with clients regarding financial plans and objectives
• Ensure quality and consistency across the paraplanning team
• Building financial plans for our clients using cash flow modelling system
• Issuing client reports post client meetings
• Attending client meetings alongside Financial Planners

• Must have QFA qualification, ideally CFP qualified
• 3+ years experience e as a Paraplanner in xcfaprz a brokerage firm is essential
• Leadership experience is essential
• Experience with Voyant is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
