Position Overview: As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their unique needs, and provide customized assistance. You will become well-versed in our extensive range of products and use this expertise to guide customers through their entire project journey. In this engaging position, you will: Warmly greet customers and evaluate their needs. Proactively recommend products and successfully close sales within your department. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Collaborate effectively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates. Gain proficiency in tasks across adjacent departments. Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to guarantee a secure workplace. This dynamic role may involve various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Available position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
