Duration: 12+ Months Contract initially with possible extension Job Description: Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with clients, project managers, application developers, and other business analysts. This role requires strong experience in healthcare or similar domains, knowledge of mainframe and mid-range applications, and the ability to facilitate meetings, create test plans, and ensure business solutions meet client requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of proven business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Experience working in a team environment with clients and technical teams. Strong experience facilitating meetings, gathering, and documenting business requirements. Experience in requirements gathering, test plan development, test scenario creation, test execution, and documentation of results. Act as liaison between clients and technical/support groups to elicit, validate, and analyze requirements. Experience participating in deliverable walkthroughs to ensure the intent of change is implemented correctly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other documentation tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 6+ years of business analysis experience. Experience working in a Mainframe environment. Knowledge of business processes, re-engineering, and the interface between IT and functional groups. Understanding of computer programming concepts and basic languages. Top 3 Tech Skills:
