The Role As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to a broad client base.
You will manage multiple engagements, work closely with partners and senior leadership, and contribute to the continued growth of the tax practice.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate and international tax clients Provide tax advisory services on areas including restructuring, M&A, and cross-border transactions Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and related filings Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, reviewing work and supporting their development Work closely with partners on complex tax advisory projects Monitor changes in Irish and international tax legislation and advise clients accordingly Contribute to business development activities including proposals and client presentations Requirements Qualified tax professional (AITI / CTA) and/or ACA / ACCA qualified Minimum 46 years experience in corporate tax within a professional services firm Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience xcfaprz with international tax or transfer pricing Experience working with multinational clients Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Whats on Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Hybrid working model Clear career progression pathway to Senior Manager and Director Exposure to high-profile Irish and international clients Comprehensive professional development and training support Pension, healthcare, and additional benefits package Apply If you are looking to take the next step in your tax career within a leading professional services firm, we would welcome your application.
