• Supporting the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership
  
• Delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care in line with NMBI standards
  
• Ensuring care is person-centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy
  
• Planning, assessing, and evaluating individualised care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing and care staff on shift
  
• Developing strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
  
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
  
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
  
• Contributing to quality xcfaprz improvement initiatives and team development
  

• 
  
• Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible)
  
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level
  
• Evidence of continuous professional development
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  
• Commitment to person-centred care
