Position Purpose: As a Sales and Customer Support Associate at Home Depot, you'll provide exceptional service by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer the right solutions. You'll gain knowledge about our products using various tools and assist customers in completing their projects. Key Responsibilities:
Greet, qualify, and recommend products to customers in your department. Close sales and handle basic inquiries in adjacent departments. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, ensuring they are safe and shop-able. Follow all safety policies and procedures, completing necessary safety training and promptly addressing any hazards. Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and team members to enhance customer experience.
