We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Hardscape Supervisor to lead installations and transform outdoor spaces. You won’t just be moving stone; you’ll be managing a crew of two (yourself and one assistant), interacting with clients, and ensuring every project is built to last and looks incredible.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $35 – $45 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead the hands-on installation of high-end hardscape projects, including:

    • Paver patios and walkways.

    • Segmental and natural stone retaining walls.

    • Fire pits and outdoor living features.

  • Crew Management: Supervise and mentor one crew member, ensuring they stay productive, safe, and are learning the trade.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets structural standards (proper base compaction, drainage, and level) and matches customer specifications exactly.

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site contact for homeowners. Maintain a professional, polite, and "can-do" attitude to ensure a 5-star customer experience.

  • Efficiency: Manage your time and materials to complete jobs on schedule without sacrificing quality.

  • Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain skid steers, plate compactors, masonry saws, and trucks.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional hardscape installation experience.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of grades, drainage, base preparation, and various stone/paver materials.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to work independently and manage a small team with minimal oversight.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for daily client updates and reporting back to the office.

  • License: Valid driver’s license.
