Senior Analyst/Supervisor Depositary

We’re seeking Senior Analyst/Supervisor to join a growing Depositary team within a leading financial services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are looking to take ownership of workflow management, support client deliverables, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within a regulated environment.

• Manage day-to-day workflows across the Depositary function to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Oversee operational processes and assist with the allocation of work within the team.
  
• Support the review of NAVs, cash flow monitoring, and oversight duties in line with AIFMD/UCITS requirements.
  
• Act as a point of escalation for junior team members and contribute to their development.
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure governance standards are met.
  
• Participate in internal audit reviews and control testing.
  
• Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  

• 
  
• 5 years’ experience within Depositary, Fund Services, Audit, or a related financial services environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AIFMD / UCITS).
  
• Proven experience in workflow management and process oversight.
