Duties/Responsibilities: Perform quality assurance activities, including program monitoring and reporting of QA metrics. Attend and coordinate quality review meetings and participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across teams and departments Train and guide staff on quality assurance standards. Maintain organized records of quality outcomes, coaching notes, and compliance documentation. Develop corrective actions and monitor quality improvement initiatives. Conduct audits of documentation, data‑entry accuracy, and workflow compliance using manual and AI‑enabled methods. Provide clear, constructive feedback to frontline staff and team leads based on QA reviews. Identify recurring quality issues or risks and escalate them for further review. Collaborate with training and operations to update SOPs, workflows, and knowledge base materials. Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare quality reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in a quality assurance role. Strong familiarity with tolling industry standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience with quality inspection, auditing, and testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Solid understanding of root cause analysis and corrective actions. Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of Quality Monitoring experience 1 – 3 years’ experience in customer service or quality assurance. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook
