Business Intelligence Developer of Analytics & Data Insights

Evaluate analytical questions and requests to determine the best method for delivering insights (trend analysis, KPI evaluation, segmentation, or deeper investigation). Apply strong analytical reasoning to interpret business questions, identify patterns or anomalies, and recommend actionable next steps. Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into meaningful metrics and insights that support strategic and operational outcomes Document Generation & Automation
Design and maintain document generation solutions utilizing Conga Composer, reporting queries, and templates. Develop and optimize queries that support automated document production, including letters, reports, exports, and operational documents. Partner with the Operations, Finance, and Development departments to streamline and standardize document workflows. Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with system administrators, data teams, and business users to improve data access and reporting efficiency. Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, queries, and document generation processes. Stay current on analytics, reporting, and business intelligence best practices.

Perform other related duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience
Prior experience in a Business Intelligence Developer, Reporting, Data Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role. Strong analytical background with demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data solutions. Proficiency in SQL and analytics-driven query development. Experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting tools. Experience with document generation tools such as Conga Composer. Tableau experience is strongly preferred. PHYSICAL & COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS Ability to operate computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Ability to analyze complex information, focus for extended periods, and complete work in a timely manner. Ability to travel independently via car and air. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and lift or move objects up to 10 pounds. COMPETENCIES
Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills Strong judgment in evaluating reporting and data requests Knowledge of database physical and logical design principles Advanced SQL and reporting logic skills Data visualization best practices and dashboard design Experience with document automation and template-driven outputs High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Knowledge of nonprofit or higher education data environments preferred Resourceful, dependable, and self-motivated Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
