As a Sustainability Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client’s projects are not only financially efficient but also environmentally responsible. You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to implement sustainable practices, optimise costs, and minimise environmental impact. Your expertise will help our client maintain their reputation as a leader in sustainable cost management.

• Prepare and present cost reports that highlight sustainable practices and their financial implications.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and cost management.
  
• Support the client in achieving green certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) by aligning cost management practices with certification requirements.
