Business Process Consultant

Our client, a financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer with strong Lean and Automation expertise to support operational transformation initiatives on a 12-month daily rate contract.

• Analyse existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  
• Lead process optimisation initiatives using Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles
  
• Design and implement automation solutions, including RPA where appropriate
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable process improvements
  
• Map current and future state processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  
• Support the deployment and governance of automation frameworks across the organisation
  
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver measurable efficiency gains
  
• Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders
  

• 
  
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Business Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement role
  
• Proven experience applying Lean methodologies within financial services environments
  
• Strong experience delivering Automation and/or RPA solutions
  
• Experience working within regulated environments
  
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence change
  
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured xcfaprz approach to problem solving
  
• Experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate
  
• Experience with process mining tools
  
• Knowledge of risk and control frameworks within financial services

• Third level degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
