• Manage a varied compliance portfolio focused on corporate tax, with opportunities to expand into personal tax and VAT
  
• Lead review and oversight of compliance deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, interpreting tax law changes and guiding responses to Revenue correspondence
  
• Conduct technical research on evolving tax developments and apply insights to client needs
  
• Collaborate across teams to provide seamless, coordinated client service
  
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their development through coaching and feedback
  
• Drive improvements in compliance processes and leverage tax technology to enhance efficiency
  
• Support financial oversight activities including WIP, billing, and collections management

• CTA qualification (accounting qualification a plus) with 2–3 years post-qualification experience in tax compliance
  
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate and personal tax compliance
  
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills
  
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and passion for teamwork
  
• Interest or experience in tax technology and process innovation is highly valued
