• This is a strategic, commercially focused role where you will identify, engage and convert key decision-makers across broker, MGA and carrier networks.
  
• You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through to negotiation and close — while also expanding relationships within existing accounts.

• This is a remote role with client engagement nationwide as required.
  

• 
  
• 5+ years’ sales experience in Insurance & Technology or SaaS
  
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, broker networks and decision-making structures
  
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
  
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  
• Full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
  
• Full Irish driving licence
