Sustainable, diverse volumes (cataract, glaucoma, optional Lasik)

$500K $550K salary + wRVU upside
$30K signing + $10K relocation, and loan repayment
Full benefits plus 4 weeks PTO + $5K CME, up to 7% retirement match
