Über
Diehl Ford of Beaver is expanding our
Mobile Service Department
and is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented
Mobile Service Coordinator
to help deliver convenient, high-quality vehicle service directly to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timing, and expectations
Dispatch mobile service technicians efficiently and accurately
Prepare repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
Work closely with the service department to support daily operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems a plus
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
