What to Expect: This role focuses on one of our sales teams: you could be assisting clients with auto insurance sales through inbound calls, or providing support for customers with their wireless accounts. Your Responsibilities: Your main task will be to deliver excellent customer service to incoming callers. You will use your product knowledge to address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, which will involve processing orders, updating accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail are essential.
