Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations running smoothly and ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal sales operations support Maintain and manage customer records and project data within CRM and internal systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progression of sales projects Schedule site visits, inspections, and customer meetings Generate and review proposals, agreements, and reports for accuracy and completeness Track project milestones and help move deals efficiently through the pipeline Provide administrative support to sales leadership as needed Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales workflow Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or operations (industry experience preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills A team-oriented professional with initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
