Experience: Previous experience in a proactive hotel sales management role, preferably within Corporate and/or MICE segments Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth Experience using CRM systems and managing an active sales pipeline Strong understanding of the Manchester market (desirable) Skills & Competencies: Highly proactive and self-motivated with strong commercial acumen Confident in prospecting, networking and negotiating at all levels Results-driven with strong focus on conversion and revenue delivery Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and competitor activity Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally within a commercial environment You are: Passionate about creating memorable events for your customers Motivated to change and grow your business A knowledgeable & experienced leader within markets including corporate & M&E Determined to meet your goals and targets If you are a dynamic, sociable and talented that is looking to join a focused and vibrant team, then we would like to meet you.
