Private Estate Maintenance Forman. Private estate with full landscape needs, to keep pristine and manicured. Work outdoors, while supervising others, in a hands-on cooperative atmosphere. Personal growth and opportunities achieved by hard work, neatness, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Landscape Forman: Manage a crew of 3 workers: mowing, trimming, leaf removal, tree and shrub pruning, planting of shrubs, flowers, and grass. Irrigation work and assistance of others in crew. Snow removal, hand shoveling walkway, winter maintenance. Light cleaning and exterior maintenance. Fence installation and repair. Stone wall building and repair. Minor building repair and assistance of outside trades. Duties will vary Daily/Weekly/Seasonally. 85 % hands on - 15% management.

Qualifications:

· 5 Years of “Landscape” experience

· Strong Work Ethic

· Driver’s license with clean driving record & reliable transportation

· Proficiency with standard landscape equipment; machines, hand, and power tools

· Speaks English & Spanish

· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

· Detail Oriented & Highly Motivated

· Punctual, Dependable and Friendly

· Good time management skills, including verbal and written communication skills

· Leader, of crew, as well as taking directions from supervisors

· Basic computer skills to generate reports etc.
