Über

Harrogate, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support our Rehabilitation Therapy department. You will assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, promoting safe and effective function for daily living.
*Key Responsibilities\**
* Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders
* Create individualized treatment plans and goals
* Educate residents, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and strategies
* Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care
* Document all services accurately and timely
* Participate in case conferences as needed
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current NJ SLP license
* Experience with geriatric populations preferred
Pay: $65.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
