Our busy Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our logistics department. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be central to ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of all outgoing orders. Your responsibilities include generating shipping documents and labels, scheduling carrier pickups, meticulously checking outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, preparing shipments for transport, and maintaining detailed shipping records. You will also assist with loading and unloading trucks. Excellent organizational abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently are required. This role provides a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience in a similar shipping or logistics role within a warehouse environment is strongly desired. The position involves frequent communication with carriers and internal teams, as well as potential lifting of packages up to 50 pounds.
