Become a vital part of our Salt Lake City, Utah logistics hub as a Distribution Center Associate. We're searching for diligent and dependable individuals to manage the flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to our company’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Sort, categorize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Package orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to OSHA standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and consistently use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock verification.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous. Must possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards safety are required. A commitment to efficient logistics and teamwork is essential.
