We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure the efficient and safe execution of all logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include staff scheduling, performance management, workflow optimization, and maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy. - Supervising and directing warehouse staff in daily activities.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits.
- Implementing and enforcing all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Training and developing warehouse personnel.
- Optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency in logistics.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Coordinating with other departments and external logistics partners.
- Overseeing the safe handling of goods, including managing teams performing lifting of heavy items, with an understanding of safe lifting techniques up to 60 pounds.
- Resolving operational issues and ensuring adherence to company standards.
