You will be involved in various aspects of our distribution process, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using scanning technology and order manifests.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Load and unload freight from trailers and containers, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Wear required PPE at all times and follow all established safety procedures.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets and ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- Understanding of logistics operations and warehouse workflow.
