inspect commercial vehicles entering into port locations which helps maintain safety standards
keep accurate records during investigations including collecting samples (if needed) etc.
Powers granted include making arrests after required training; serve writs/subpoenas pertaining
related information may involve obtaining testimony through interrogation techniques without physical restraint using least amount force necessary.
