Job Title: Border Patrol Agent - Earn up to 30,000 in Recruitment Incentives

The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Border Patrol Agents. As a BPA, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders and enforcing immigration laws.

• A high school diploma or equivalent;


• One year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; OR an education substitution that includes a bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study.

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $49,739 to $89,518 per year, depending on grade level. Additionally, BPAs are eligible for recruitment incentives up to 20% pay bonus upon completing training at the CBP Academy. A retention incentive may also be awarded up to 40% additional compensation over four years.
